Men-Yoroi
The samurai were the highest ranking members of the Japanese military class. The term "Samurai" was derived from a classical Japanese verb saburau, which means to serve and show loyalty to their master.
One of the most familiar aspect of the samurai is their mask. It is one of the most essential part of warfare not only as it provides protection but also gives the wearer a ferocious appearance to intimidate its enemies.
In a way, mask that are worn today have similarities with a mask. It also causes fear. It's a constant reminder of the dangerous disease that is taking thousands of lives. Contrary to that, wearing a mask serves as a protection and shows compassion toward others. It is a badge of honor. And like the samurai, everyone must live by that honor in order to survive.
